The aerial above taken at the Sept 07 shows the CostCo building completed to the left. At the end of the property to the right is the adjacent 200,000 sq. ft. power center, including anchors Bed Bath and Beyond and Old Navy.

Work has begun on grading of the property to the South of CostCo.

Magnolia Park is strategically located at Interstate 85, the busiest interstate in the South, Interstate 385 and Woodruff Road.
